National Sales Head (Code: NSH) & Wholesales Manager (Code: WSM)

Specifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Banking and/ or life insurance company, preferably with focus on Sales
High passion and energy to deliver high quality training and support of sales, and build a support team to achieve target
Outstanding presentation skill and willing to travel frequently (For National Sales Head position)
Minimum 3 years experience in Banking and/ or life insurance company, preferably with focus on Sales
Strong sales drive with discipline in implementing sales management (For Wholesales Manager position)

Minimum Diploma degree from reputable universities
Able to operate computer (MS Office)
Good command in English
High integrity with positive attitude and commitment to perform and deliver the result
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

To provide high quality support to the bank staff in performing high quality sales and achieving the sales target (WSM), and managing high quality sales at national level (NSH).
